Only one guy who&#39;s a pain, he speaks to bill collectors in his yard AT THE TOP of his voice and also they have two dogs...The naughty dog is Jasper, I hear him being shouted at several times a day. His wife doesn&#39;t work, and I can see into their living room from my bedroom window, ehhhh!
